AmeriCorps VISTAs volunteer full time for one year (365 days), and receive a living stipend as well as health and other bonuses. VISTAs who finish their service term can also choose between a cash bonus ($1500) and an education award ($5,730 that can be used for tuition or to pay off student loans).

Project Read is looking for someone to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA, starting at the end of July.
